On our website, you can submit an estimate request form, which sends your information to us directly. Our contact page also offers a "text us" option: it prepares a message in your phone's own text messaging app, and nothing is sent to us unless you choose to send that text. You may also call or email us directly.

We plan to offer painting estimate request forms through Facebook and Instagram. When you submit one of these forms, the information you provide is collected by Meta Platforms and made available to us so we can follow up. Meta also processes that information under its own privacy policy and terms, which we do not control. We encourage you to review Meta's privacy policy.

We use the information you provide to:

• Manage our customer relationships, including tracking the status of your request

Submitting a form does not sign you up for marketing messages or automated text message marketing. We contact you about the request you made.

Information submitted through our website estimate form is stored in a secure online database that is accessible only to authorized members of our team who sign in to our private lead dashboard.

We rely on service providers to operate our business, such as providers that host our website, store and manage estimate requests, and handle communications like phone, text message and email. These providers process information as needed to provide their services to us.

Our public website does not currently use advertising pixels or third-party analytics tracking tools. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and Google may receive technical information such as your IP address. Our hosting provider may also process standard technical information, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the website.

Our private team sign-in area stores login information in the browser of authorized team members. This does not apply to regular visitors.

If we add other tracking tools in the future, we will update this policy.

Our website includes links to other sites and services, such as our Instagram profile, Facebook page and Google reviews. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
